Off the back of the release of their two latest albums, Jack Ray and Ned Baulderstone are hitting the road in October/ November. Playing a selection of songs from "This House" and "Live at Wizard Tone", Jack and Ned will strip down the tunes to their core components, presenting them in a manner similar to how they were written. In Naarm, they will be joined by Birdgirl and Michaeleah.
Birdgirl is an indie-emo band that draws inspiration from modern Australiana. Combining raw lyricism with ethereal guitar, Birdgirl’s music touches on topics most people are too uncomfortable to speak about. With influences including the likes of Courtney Barnett and Phoebe Bridgers, the band has a distinctness about them borne out of the harshness of the land surrounding them.
Michaeleah is an indie-folk singer-songwriter based in Melbourne. She writes music for the yearner, and weird kid within, drawing from dreams and reality alike to paint soundscapes textured with nostalgia. She is a huge fan of run-on sentences, and tea.
Chrome Gypsy celebrate the launch of their single (the first track be released off their upcoming debut LP) with support from Hypnagogic and Black Wattle Witches.
Chrome Gypsy are a garage rock band from Geelong, drawing inspiration from the raw sounds of the mid to late ’60s. Their music leans towards the darker side of garage rock, combining simple songwriting with reverberant guitar naturally giving that lo-fi sound.

Strawbz, consisting of Mitch Cocchiara (Vocals), Marcus Bogovic (Vocals and guitar), Christian Dakis (Lead guitar), Solomon Britton (Bass/Keys) and Zac Rodezno (Drums/Vocals), have captivated audiences all over Victoria, with their boundary pushing creativity. With over 150,000 streams, and a flourish of sold out shows, the band have just released their second EP, 'The House on the Hill'. The band has had their music travel all over the world, after the hit Netflix series ‘Heartbreak High’ featured their single ‘Ego’ in the first season.
Yi-Lynn is a singer-songwriter working on Wurundjeri land. Her music draws on folk and classical traditions, with her inventive songwriting garnering praise from triple j and community radio across Australia.
Her releases Spit into Somebody's Mouth (2019) and Foul Water (2022) received widespread critical acclaim, described as "unbelievably captivating" and "storytelling at its finest".
Winona is a queer jazz-folk singer-songwriter creating songs for lovers, hedonists and freaks.
Through intricate guitar work and delicate vocal melodies, Winona creates an intimate and honest space, inviting audiences into a sincere connection with their own source of love and truth.
Workfriend is the recording project and band led by Jasper Evans, a transgender songwriter and multi-instrumentalist in Naarm. Earlier this year he released the album Until It Hurt and Then Some - the sound is slow, at times gut wrenching, with big builds, strings and deeply authentic songwriting. This will be a rare and *intimate* solo set.

EADIELLA
Eadiella is a Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and guitarist weaving folk-rock warmth with vulnerable storytelling and a deep connection to nature. Her songs explore identity, love, loss and hope through honest lyrics and heartfelt melodies. Holly Monks is a folk-rock singer-songwriter from Melbourne, currently in the final stages of her debut album. Adelaide alt-rockers THE FUSS are taking off on their first headline tour up the East Coast, in support of their debut EP 'For What It's Worth'.
Staking their claim in the immensely talented Adelaide indie-rock circuit, the band have become synonymous with indie anthems and heartfelt bangers encapsulating the zeitgeist of their youth. Their sound is dynamic, characterised by scintillating harmonies, infectious riffs, thunderous drums and pulsating bass lines. This isn’t a coincidence either, as the band’s influences range from classical to metal with a desire to uproot conventional indie-rock song-writing tropes. The group have undoubtedly become an emerging act in South Australia, opening for the likes of The Rions, The Rubens, Purée, Fool Nelson, The Tullamarines and more.

Inspired by the infamous 1979 Disco Demolition Night in Chicago, the band’s latest release flips one of music history’s most notorious anti-disco moments into a dancefloor rebellion. Written and produced by Wesley Fuller, Demolition Night pushes Supa Lucia’s trademark disco-pop sound to new heights, pairing infectious hooks and soaring melodies with a tongue-in-cheek take on disco’s fight for survival.

A singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and belter of a performer, Dylan Cosgriff is simply a born musician. Starting drums at age four, and later picking up guitar, bass, piano, vocals, tuned percussion, and even ukulele, it's no surprise the musician captivates every audience they're in front of. Cosgriff released their debut album 'Tailing Navisag' at age 17, writing, recording, mixing, and releasing the album completely independently. After relocating to Melbourne, Australia, they continued their spree of releasing, unveiling 'Lyélum's Lake,' 'Grindhead,' 'Weak And Pathetic,' and their biggest single to date, 'Cherry Socks.' After graduating from the Australian Institute of Music, majoring on drums, Cosgriff continued to perform their completely unhinged and chaotic live show with their incredible backing band The Omens, completing the live band Dylan Cosgriff And The Omens. Lachie Ross: Primarily a bass player, Lachie Ross is switching the four strings out for six strings, combining acoustic and electric guitar. His debut solo gig will feature a mixture of acoustic and electric songs. The songs will be composed by a range of artists, creating a relaxed but engaging atmosphere, drawing sonic inspiration from Radiohead and The Smiths.
Ymi!: Ymi! is an optimistic and gentle yet confrontational artist based in Melbourne who performs original music in the vein of indie folk through to industrial dance rock. She is known for the whiplash between her devastating Nick Drake and Bon Iver inspired ballads and intoxicatingly danceable upbeat tunes. The set is amplified by Ymi!'s band of passionate and skilled composers, who blend her ethereal vocals with dark, brooding textures that tie together a diverse and engaging set.
Greg Allan: Greg Allan is an Australian indie-folk singer-songwriter based in Melbourne. He is known for his unique finger-style guitar playing, coupled with his distinctive, ethereal, dreamlike vocal delivery. His songwriting has often been described as 'sitting somewhere between Nick Drake and Jeff Buckley, yet entirely new'. He is an artist you definitely will be hearing about again.

ALIBII - Gadigal/Eora based indie rock duo ALIBII has officially announced their debut East Coast
Tour in celebration of their upcoming single, cant find a park. Building upon the success of
previous releases I think my body hates me and like a dream, the new track delivers an
emotional, anthemic sound powered by driving percussion, wall of sound guitars, and
signature harmonies centred around themes of separation and exclusion.
The tour marks a significant milestone for the band, following years of selective regional
appearances and notable accomplishments, including sold out headline shows, national
airplay on Triple J, and high energy pre show performances outside Accor Stadium for
major international tours like Taylor Swift, Coldplay and Billie Eilish.
This announcement also highlights the come back after losing four years' worth of
performance equipment to a robbery early last year, a swift, community led campaign by
Interstate listeners and the Sydney music scene fully restoring their gear and ensuring
uninterrupted live momentum.

Naarm-based alternative folk artist Bray blends acoustic guitar, layered vocal harmonies and cinematic production, drawing on folklore, the natural world and deeply personal experiences. Their songs move between quiet reflection and emotional intensity, with a little dark whimsy woven throughout.
Joining Bray are UK-born storyteller Amber Richmond, indie-folk artist Molly York, whose sound draws on jazz and blues, and Galena Marie, whose gentle acoustic guitar and evocative lyrics create beautifully intimate worlds.

Bray:
Bray is a Naarm based alternative folk singer-songwriter, blending haunting vocal melodies with minimalistic acoustic guitar. Their ethereal sound draws influence from artists such as Suzanne Vega, Phoebe Bridgers, Fiona Apple and Evanescence. They moved from Meanjin/Brisbane and began sharing their voice on stage in 2024. Drawing on folklore, the natural world, and a background in screen composition, their music moves between quiet reflection and emotional intensity, inviting listeners into stories where memory and myth intertwine.
Amber Richmond:
Amber Richmond is a UK-born singer-songwriter whose stunning voice and intimate storytelling blend indie folk roots with lush dream pop, inspired by artists like Fairport convention, Cocteau Twins and Jeff Buckley. Now based in Melbourne, her evolving sound weaves shimmering synths, chorus-soaked guitars, and classic folk textures into deeply personal songs drawing inspiration from nature.
Molly York:

Forklift Assassins are a four-piece punk band that come at you at full volume and full fury. They have something to say and say it with no fucks given. Founded by drummer/vocalist Michael, Forklift has been a staple of the Aussie punk music scene for eight years, having released multiple singles and EPs.In 2025, they released their first full-length album, Ripsnorter and played over 40 gigs across Australia in support of the record.
Forklift are known for delivering live shows that bring an incredible energy and leaves audiences in a quivering state of blood, sweat and beers ….and that’s just how their fans like it.Not ones to take it easy, they've kicked off 2026 with a handful of gigs and plans to write and record their second full-length album.Forklift's songs pull from a diverse range of influences such as The Ramones, Dead Kennedys, Misfits and The Germs to name a few and are rooted in the raw energy of the legendary Motorhead.Lyrically they range from fun to political and everything in between.

Kiss and Tell are a 3-piece rock band formed in Melbourne/Naarm's CBD. Consisting of members Ruth, Via and Lana. They combine melancholic grunge/post-punk riffs and lyrics with a high energy rock sound. Infusing elements of 1930s-1960s era music for a eerie twist. They are heavily inspired by VHS horror in their music, particularly the usage of older music to provide an unsettling nostalgic feel, and overall aesthetic. Their major influences include Nirvana, The Cure, Al Bowlly, The Beatles, Mitski, Queens of the Stone Age, Julie and many, many more. The band are currently breaking into their local scene and are working towards recording their first EP.

The Spudorati will tell a bunch of stories about mad people, war, exploring drains and other adventures through the medium of loud rock (with a bunch of quiet bits too)
The Sam Curtis Collective is the freshest new roots/rock band from Naarm/Melbourne.
Since starting the project in June of 2024 the trio, led by frontman and guitarist Sam Curtis and joined by Micheal Haynes (Drums) and Noi Harte (Bass), have been working away at honing their live and recorded sound. Combining acoustic grooves, blaring slide solo’s and a love for performing into an exciting and youthfully raw sound.
