  • Nighthawks Bar 136 Johnston St Collingwood Australia (map)

Vauus is bringing his indie rock / dance tunes to Nighthawks Bar to usher in the start of the year. Adding a full band to the line up expect guitar solos, groovy indie dance tunes and for your feet to be sore from too much dancing.

Opening the night will be the sensational sounds from Isagani and beautiful harmonies and driving dance tunes of Peak Park.

If you like indie music / live music / 80s songs that’ll make you dance and cry at the same time then join us for Vauus's first show in a year.

Vauus (Indie Rock / Indie Pop)
Melodic, melancholic, euphoric.

Vauus has been packing out dance floors since 2021 with his energetic blend of indie rock and deep house that triple J presenter David Ruby Howe described as ‘All the elements here sound so good! Production is hella clean, energy way up and it’s hitting that Last Dinosaurs x The 1975 zone quite nicely.’

Peak Park(Alt Pop)
Peak Park are an Alt-Pop group from Naarm/Melbourne creating eclectic synth-guitar pop. The project has received community radio support across Australia, been featured on KEXP and played alongside Siobhan Cotchin, Charlie Needs Braces and Pisco Sour.

The trio (Mitch, Thomas & Callum) are equal parts charismatic as they are engulfed in the joy and introspection of creating music. What began as a one off gig in 2019 has blossomed into a deep friendship of vulnerability and a love for creating fun, honest and heartfelt music.

Isagani (Hip Hop / RnB)
Isagani is an alternative Hip-Hop, RnB artist from Melbourne. Coming from the Philippines, growing up playing music and singing in churches, his musical identity was heavily influenced -infusing his work with a distinctive flavour that sets him apart, exploring themes of love, identity, personal growth, and faith.

Through his jazz-inflected beats and raw verses, Isagani’s work reflects a deep understanding of various musical traditions while pushing the boundaries to create something entirely his own.
