After a short hiatus from the stage, Rory Maher returns with an expanded sound, a new single on the way and a collection of songs that invite you into his unique world. The 80’s and y2k inspired songwriter invokes euphoria and heartbreak through his lush harmonies and ear-worm hooks, as heard in the single “I Love You (At Least Until The Drugs Wear Off)”, which was mixed by Calum Newton (Candy Moore) during Melbourne’s 2020 lockdown. Rory Maher and his band play a special late arvo show designed to welcome the joy and glow of summer at Nighthawks on November 13th with special guests COLBURN and Ben Provest.
